The pharmaceutical chemistry development division of MTLH Inc, based in Wuxi, is founded by a group of pharmaceutical scientists whose experience spans both China and U.S. Our company specializes in bridging the pharmaceutical markets between these two countries.We have a combined 75 years of experience in drug development, from discovery to US NDA approval.Our focus is to provide contract research support for biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry to bring drug candidates from discovery through clinical and to regulatory approval in either country.Our focus manifests in two folds:

• For China-based clients whose aim is to obtain entry to U.S. market, we provide scientific and regulatory consultation.This includes strategic planning; CMC related regulatory filing, such as DMF, IND and ANDA filing, as well as generating GLP-quality data to support the filing.

  
• For U.S.-based clients, we provide high quality contract analytical, pre-formulation services and custom formulation developments for pre-clinical and clinical studies at a low cost.
